The body of scientific evidence supporting the healthfulness of pasta is overwhelming. There is a consistent and mounting accumulation of nutrition science evidence for the healthfulness of pasta and the pasta meal.

To support everyone who's trying to learn more or spread the word about the health benefits of pasta, we have created this Pasta Resources section, with links to download publications, handouts, on-demand webinars, conference proceedings and more.
