Vegetables and prawns wholewheat pasta - The first light recipe is a vegetables and prawns wholewheat pasta. Preparing this recipe is very simple: fry in a pan a clove of garlic with oil, add a chopped carrot and peas. Add a glass of water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes and add the fresh prawns. Choose the wholewheat pasta shape you prefer and after cooking it, add it to the sauce.

“Farfalle” with vegetables - The second recipe is tasty and colorful, perfect for a light lunch because it contains little fat, but many mineral salts and vitamins. Fry the carrot, celery, chopped onion and whole garlic in a pan over low heat. Add the pepper and the zucchini cut into julienne strips and the peas, add salt and pepper, cook the vegetables over a high heat. In another pan, cook the sliced ??tomatoes with oil for about 5 minutes. Add the vegetables to the tomatoes and pour the “farfalle”, sprinkle with the Parmesan and add the mozzarella cut into cubes.

Fresh tuna pasta - The last light recipe is a very good and fast fresh tuna pasta. Start by cooking the pasta: choose the shape you like best, peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the onion and chop finely. Brown the tuna in a pan with a teaspoon of oil, remove the skin and thorns and chop it finely. Brown the onion in the same pan, then add the tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the tuna and capers, season with salt. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve.
