Pasta with mushroom

320 g pasta

500 g mushrooms

1 clove garlic

1 small bunch parsley

1/2 glass dry white wine

EV olive oil

salt & pepper

  1.  Depending on the mushrooms used, clean the caps only or the stalks, cut into thick slices and place in a large pan with a little oil and the chopped garlic.
  2.  Allow to brown, then add the wine; as soon as it has evaporated, season with salt and pepper.   Lower the heat and continue to cook, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
  3. When the pasta is al dente, add it to the mushrooms and the parsley, combining well.
