MISSION & OBJECTIVES
Founded on the 25th of October 2005 and formally constituted in Rome on the 25th of October 2006 with the Statutes, the International Pasta Organisation (IPO) is a nonprofit association dedicated to increasing pasta consumption and consumers’ awareness, by advancing their understanding of the nutritional value and health benefits of pasta, while promoting the common business interests and safeguarding the image of the pasta industry on an international level.
IPO coordinates international communications aimed at safeguarding the product, develops common strategies to promote the worldwide consumption of pasta, creates and manages PR campaigns, information, and food education.
