PASTA EVOLUTION

From daily meals up to gourmet preparations, pasta is the most versatile, loved and familiar food on our tables. Its history, ancient and millenary, can be traced back to the origins of civilization when man abandoned nomadic life, devoted himself to agriculture and began to cultivate wheat, the precious cereal which, mixed with water, could be flattened into thin doughs and cooked on hot stone.
